The primary objective for our investment portfolio is high growth through investment in developing companies needing pre-institutional levels of investment ($500,000 - $3,000,000) with the purpose of advancing the company to next round funding, acquisition, or merger. To help facilitate this objective, the fund will seek to add key personnel (CEO, CFO, COO, etc) to the existing management team as well as secure board seats where applicable.
